“I’ve truly loved living here! I moved in on June 1st, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Maria and Anabel are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming whenever I stop by the office. Maintenance has been outstanding. I’ve submitted three requests, and every one was completed within 24 hours. The maintenance team is also very kind and professional. The property is kept clean, and on the rare occasion the dumpster has been full, it’s always been taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place in the area!”

“Maintenance is A+ Steve and Brandon are a great team. The A/C in my unit was not getting cold and they stayed until they got it fixed properly, even past their quitting time. They are professional and determined to make sure everything is fixed before they leave and they have the best attitude. Even though I rarely have to call for maintenance, I’m glad that they have these 2 gentlemen on call.”

“Our lease is almost up, so here’s my honest review of Lakeside Villas. The best thing I can say is that this place feels safe. I’m a little silly and have forgotten to close my car windows many times, both during the day and overnight. I’ve even had my credit cards, cash, and other things visible in the car, and nothing has ever been stolen — not even once. That honestly says a lot about the community. Other than a few small parking issues maybe 4–5 times, which later became fine, we’ve had a really good experience here. The property is clean and nice, we haven’t had any bug issues, and the people around here are good. Management has been helpful too. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, they usually fix it within 2–3 days, and most of the time by the next day. Overall, I would definitely recommend Lakeside Villas. It’s clean, safe, well-managed, and a good place to stay.”
